South Taylor TRD

The project consists of a green field design and construction of a new Treatment Recovery and Disposal plant that included site civil development, truck unloading and metering of heavy oil and water, value added solid and liquid waste processing and storage. Auxiliary processes/services included an incinerator, a BTEX collection/ mitigation system and a Truck Flush Building for washing truck tanks after off-loading product at the site. This project was the second full TRD for Tervita where a modular approach to the entire plant was adopted. A short pipeline was installed to complete tie-ins to a new on-site disposal well.
