Diluent Recovery Unit Project

Project Overview

The Diluent Recovery Unit Project provides storage and transfer capability to support the proposed Diluent Recovery Unit (DRU) near the Gibson Hardisty Terminal (GHT) located near Hardisty, Alberta. Gibson requested detailed engineering design for the associated scope on a tight aggressive schedule. The scope described below is associated with a throughout of 331 m3/hr of Dilbit. Design consideration has been given to a second DRU processing train which would double throughput capacity to 662 m3/hr 100,000 SBPD bbl of Dilbit.
