{"id":2089,"date":"2021-05-18T13:37:51","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T19:37:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tridyne.ca\/?page_id=2089"},"modified":"2021-05-18T14:02:15","modified_gmt":"2021-05-18T20:02:15","slug":"valhalla-sour-gas-plant-expansion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tridyne.ca\/index.php\/valhalla-sour-gas-plant-expansion\/","title":{"rendered":"Project 8 &#8211; Valhalla sour gas plant expansion"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1>\n\t\tValhalla Sour Gas Plant Expansion\n\t<\/h1>\n\t<h2>Project Overview<\/h2>\n<p>Kanata Energy Group Ltd. commissioned Tridyne Projects to full EPCM for the expansion of the existing Valhalla gas plant located at 13-21-76-09-W6M from a current throughput of 12mmscfd to 45mmscfd.<\/p>\n<p>The project scope included the following major items:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modify existing separator demister pad<\/li>\n<li>Add a 38mmscfd capacity amine unit to operate in parallel with existing reduced throughput Amine unit<\/li>\n<li>Demolish existing refrigeration compression sub-skid<\/li>\n<li>Install a 45mmscfd refrigeration unit (-32\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<li>Re-configure existing compression for sales compression and LP inlet \/ process overheads compression<\/li>\n<li>Demolish existing stabilizer unit and replace with a larger unit<\/li>\n<li>Add a 60,000 gallon NGL storage bullet<\/li>\n<li>Add two 400bbl condensate tanks<\/li>\n<li>Reserve plot space and tie-ins for future condensate and NGL liquids treating packages<\/li>\n<li>Add new heat medium system<\/li>\n<li>Install an acid gas compressor and integral dehydration<\/li>\n<li>Install acid gas and fuel gas pipelines to acid gas injection well<\/li>\n<li>Install acid gas injection facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Install new MCC building and convert existing PLC5 to new Control Logix PLC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tridyne.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/project-9.jpg\" alt=\"project 9\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"650\" width=\"866\" title=\"project 9\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Valhalla Sour Gas Plant Expansion Project Overview Kanata Energy Group Ltd. commissioned Tridyne Projects to full EPCM for the expansion of the existing Valhalla gas plant located at 13-21-76-09-W6M from a current throughput of 12mmscfd to 45mmscfd.
